Andrew McLaughlin
Andrew is the Managing Director and Group Managing Director of the parent company and one of the two principal owners of the businesses. He looks after all the support functions (Finance, HR, Facilities, Admin) as well as supporting sales/marketing and being Product Owner for two service lines (Documagix and Reval). He brings two decades of experience in the IT industry in a variety of roles both in the UK and abroad, combining an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to deliver first class services to customers.
David Mason
David is a founder and Technical Director at Incline-IT, established in 2019 to bring modern, secure cloud services to the non-profit and public sectors. He provides technical leadership across the organisation’s managed IT and cloud services, ensuring customers receive resilient solutions aligned to operational and governance requirements.
With a strong focus on delivery, David champions Incline-IT’s “trusted advisor” approach, drawing on extensive experience gained within large systems integrators delivering complex government programmes. He supports customers to design, modernise and operate scalable platforms while managing risk, and regularly contributes to housing-sector discussions on digital transformation and IT risk management.
Ian Nelson
Ian is a Business Development Manager at Incline-IT, helping organisations modernise service delivery through cloud-based and sector-specific digital solutions. Based in Scotland, he works with housing providers across the UK and Ireland, supporting engagement from early discovery through to solution demonstrations and long-term relationships.
With extensive experience across local authorities and housing associations, Ian has a strong understanding of the operational, regulatory, and tenant-focused challenges facing the housing sector. This enables him to work with teams to ensure technology solutions are practical, compliant, and deliver measurable improvements in service delivery and customer engagement.
